Caves de Juliénas-Chaintré Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau 'Couer Poupre'
Already a silver medal winning wine, this is high quality Nouveau. Deep and with a lot of fruit, of course its a bit primary now but this will only get better over the coming weeks and months. Serve cellar cool and think paté, terrines, charcuterie, coq ua vin and vegetable stews, probably good with the creamier cheeses like Brie and Camembert too. Maybe even a quiche!!
