A fabulous Sancerre, made with 35 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines. Classically made, five months aging on lees in tank. Floral with some herbaceous notes, crisp and fresh but also really elegant, long and minerally with good acidity. Fabulous with smoked and fresh fish, goats cheese and the like.
