Menade Ecologica
This is i believe all from vines in the Rueda region, but am not sure. It's organic Verdejo from high altitude vineyards, unoaked. Pineapple and grapefruit, quite perfumed with hints of thyme. Crisp and fresh on the palate, white peach a touch of grapefruit and again a touch of herb, good acidity.
Clean and characterful, gluten and histamine free too and vegans can guzzle away too!
