Cantine Settesoli is making increasingly good wines. This is a really attractive, dry, crisp, minerally white.
Lime, stony notes, touch of grapefruit on the nose with some herb.
Super fresh on the palate, lime leading to green apple, a touch of herb and a slatey minerality on the finish. Lovely wine especially with fresh seafood in mind. The new 2019 is delicious maybe even more flavoursome and precise.
