The new 2016 is even more perfumed and aromatic than normal. Classic herbaceous notes with blackcurrant, passion fruit and pronounced grapefruit.
The palate is explosive and tangy, hints of blackcurrant, passion fruit, lime and grapefruit citrus with a touch of white peach. Added depth and minerality sign this beauty off as a very impressive and noteworthy Sauvignon Blanc. Dry and not too tropical, it has some restraint and is all the more drinkable for it.
