Tiny production, hand crafted Chardonnay from the guys at Wildeberg. Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard in Banghoek, its partly aged in oak, wild yeast fermented etc, all very hands off. The resukt is a deliocious Chardonnay with ripe lemon and hints of stone fruit, a touch of spice too with integrated nutty oak. Good acidity keeps the wine fresh and beautifully balanced. Great with meaty fish, white meats, even a creamy style curry.
