An organic Vouvray. Gently honeyed nose with hints of pineapple and ripe pear on the nose. It's honeyed on the palate, quite a juicy almost grapey style, pineapple and ripe apple with a touch of spice, and an almost baked apple and cream finish with good acidity. It's ripe and shows great potential. Just off dry and really pure and clean, lovely.
