A really delicious rosé. 55% Viura, 35% Garnacha, 10% Tempranillo. Pale salmon pink colour. Bright cherry and pomegranate nose. Crisp, dry yet with lots of flavour- strawberry, pomegranate, cherry and hints of raspberry. Light, but enough intensity to make it a real food-friendly style. Proving to be one of our most popular Rosé's. "Bright onion skin. Incisive, mineral-driven aromas of fresh red berries, orange zest, honeysuckle and a hint of white pepper. Dry, nervy and sharply focused on the palate, showing superb clarity and cut to the tangy red currant, blood orange and rhubarb flavours. Finishes taut and impressively long, displaying an emphatic mineral quality and lingering floral and mineral notes.
