S.C.Pannell 'The Vale' Grenache-Shiraz 2016 Bottle

This has all the freshness of the other S. C. Pannell wines in terms of blueberries, citrus and fresh Moroccan spices. However, it has an added dimension of darker cherries, ash, dried herbs, dark plums and cassis. Plush on the palate for a Grenache, but the tannins remain highly structured and steely with a cascade of dark fruit and dark chocolate. A chewy and very long finish.
