Eric Forest is making some world class Pouilly-Fuissé, and this 2020 is positively singing! Citrus fruits, lemon, pineapple, leading to peach on the nose and palate. The wine is creamy and rich, textural and tangy. Lovely pineapple., lemon with some creamy, nutty characters. Has lovely refreshing citrus acidity giving the wine great balance. This is high quality Chardonnay and would be great with luxurious shellfish and meaty fish, but would also drink superbly with top notch poultry and all the trimmings!
