Mitolo 'Jester' Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Bottle

This is made partly using dried grapes which helps give the wine it's bitter-sweet richness. Lots of juicy black fruits, cassis and black cherry with some almond flavours and a rich, spicy, oaky finish with good acidity. A big but beautifully balanced red wine, has real life and freshness, really delicious.
