A lovely fresh bright atypical wine, being 60% Carignan, 40% Grenache, and bottled without any added sulphur. It's all about the fruit, drink young and fresh and ideally cool in temperature. Black berry and chocolate on the nose. Dense, yet bright fresh and crunchy perfect with barbecued meats, anything fairly full flavoured, probably pretty good with charcuterie too.
