Lots of character in this lovely Pinot Grigio Rosato from Trentino, not officially a DOC wine so labelled as Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. Attractive pale pink colour. Stone fruit and citrus, crisp and clean with plenty of fruit. Easy drinking on its own, but enough flavour to make it a decent food style too. Cherry and apple with a touch of pear, easy to be cynical about this style of wine, but you know what- its delicious !!
