Refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime that intermingle with subtle tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple. It's crisp and clean, unoaked with similar fruit characters on the palate- some richness from lees stirring.

New Zealand
Perfumed nose with elderflower, grapefruit, hints of passion fruit and gooseberry.
Crisp and aromatic with bags of citrus fruit, again grapefruit, elderflower, mango and a touch of gooseberry. Good acidity keeps it clean and its tangy and refreshing and a really good Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Is its usual more elegant style, nothing too overt and very drinkable.

Stellenrust Chenin Blanc 2019
South Africa
Ripe red apple and pear, lime too and a touch of spice. Clean and zesty with lovely fresh apple/grape ripe pear and hints of mango with crisp lime finish. Just so drinkable and would be great with some lightly spiced dishes. Delicious!

Magpie Estate 'The Mixed Thing' 2018
Australia
The latest and best incarnation of this wine.
A blend of co-fermented Carignan, Cinsault and Mataro, with a little Grenache blended at bottling. About 30% were fermented as whole bunches, wild yeast ferment. We pressed off the skins early (less time on skins = less tannins) and the wine was aged in stainless steel. Berry fruits on the nose, quite floral too. Juicy and bright, its absolutely at its best with a light chill. Fresh and pure and great on its own or with a variety of foods. Drink whilst youthful. Also worth noting that this wine is bottled with a low amount of sulphur.

We offer selected wines from our list for sale online, so that we can be sure of availability for quick delivery. Wines without a 'buy now' link can be purchased by contacting us.
