Vall dell'Acate

A really perfumed wine with rose hip, raspberry and cherry, hints of chocolate and oak too. Made from the local Frappato grape. Really bright and crunchy, raspberry to the fore with good acidity, there is a touch of oak on the finish, but it's the wonderful, pure, vibrant raspberry fruit that is the main attraction here. A really distinctive attractive wine, bursting with varietal fruit. Best served cellar cool.
