From two indigenous varieties of Paros island that are grown in the estate vineyards of the Moraitis Winery- 70% Aidani Mavro (also known as Black Aidani!) and 30% the deep red Mandilaria.
Attractive colour, it's pefumed with strawberry and cherry, similar on the palate, bright red berry fruits, hints of pear and citrus. Refreshing style but also good with grilled vegetables, fish etc. Really attractive.
