Gaia 'Notios'

This is a brand new release from Gaia, newly screw-capped. Made from Agiorgitiko, it's a young bright juicy wine.
Bright cherry with some dried herb and a touch of plum on the nose. Vibrant and fresh with lovely sweet cherry fruit, good acidity and ripe tannins. Perfect with some lamb chops. Best served cool, an excellent modern styled red.
