Domaine Fondreche Cotes du Ventoux Rosé 'L'Instant'

A hugely popular wine with previous releases, the new 2011 is spot on too. Typically very pale pink in colour, just 12% alcohol. Cherry on the nose with some strawberries and cream notes too! Crisp and fresh with tangy cherry, raspberry and citrus, good acidity too. Really clean and bright a dry and elegant style that is at it's best as an al fresco aperitif style or with fish. Lovely.
