This is a cracking biodynamic Saumur Champigny from Thierry Germain. Not sure if it's a natural wine as such, but guessing it probably is.
Lovely vivid deep red colour, classic ripe Cabernet Franc on the nose, redcurrant, sour and riper cherry with some green herbaceous notes. But the nose and the palate are mostly about pure, bright, fresh, crunchy fruit. It's packed with vibrant red fruits, raspberry and redcurrant with just a hint of blackberry. Juicy with good acidity and ripe tannins, it's really quite delicious and fresh and best drunk young with a light chill, really very good.
