The Kies was harvested fairly early in perfect conditions in 2011.
This is the brand new Kies, just bottled. Ripe pear and citrus on the nose with a touch of pepper. It's really tangy and fresh, ripe pear, melon and red apple with hints of stone fruit on the palate and white pepper. Zesty and clean it's really very appealing and as just bottled sure to flesh out over the coming months as it always does. A touch rounder than the 2010, and a worthy follow-up.
