Biodynamic in 2011. Wild yeast fermented. Ripe pear and apple on the nose with a touch of pepper.It's really tangy and fresh on the palate, a touch yeasty as just bottled but already showing well. Some peach along with citrus fruit, good acidity and a touch of classic Gruner Veltliner pepper. Starting to flesh out, and an excellent wine for creamy soups, lighter seafood dishes, even smoked fish.
