This is a really interesting organic white. From Minervois, it is a blend of 50% Roussanne, 40% Grenache Blanc and 10% Muscat. Aged in oak for 3 months. Has a fragrant nose with hints of lime, apricot and gentle spice with a touch of nutty oak. It's full and rich with a real explosion of fruit on the palate. Lots of tangy lime and apricot, with a grapey freshness, spice and subtle oak that gives extra depth and length. It's long, honeyed, rich and spicy with nutty oak. It's a deliciously different white of real quality. Really tangy and mouthfilling with good acidity too.
