I greatly enjoyed some Zibibbo wines whilst in Sicily, this is another fabulous summer white, made with Zibibbo which is one of the very many clones of Muscat.
Really perfumed and grapey, flowery too -it leaps out of the glass!
Fresh, zesty and tangy, it's s dry version with lovely grapey, apricit and citrus zest fruit. Has an almost saline minerally streak runnning through it too. It's delightfully refrshing and full of character and exceedingly easy to drink. Best served as an aperitif or for al fresco drinking, should we ever get any summer...Really delicious
