This has been our house Chablis for a decade, and the new 2011 is another spot on example. Ripe citrus with slatey, almost saline notes on a classic nose.
It's crisp and steely with bright citrus fruit, good crisp, tangy acidity and even at this young stage some flinty/slatey minerally characters. Really pure and clean and just what a well priced Chablis should be.
