A real favourite of ours made mainly from the local Prensal Blanc, also known as Moll, with Chardonnay and a touch of Mosactel (Muscat).
Attractive nose with white peach and citrus, it's a rich white wine with tangy peachy fruit, grapey too with decent acidity. It's got bags of flavour and a lovely balance with a real purity of fruit, rich enough to partner rich fish, and rice dishes.
