This has been very popular since it's first release in 2008. It's an archetypal McLare Vale Shiraz, full of bright red and black berry and cherry fruit with some toasty oak. Deep in colour, it's rich and dense but full of fruit too, a touch of plain chocolate and good acidity. A decent well priced Shiraz from a top vintage.
