This is a newly released single vineyard Riesling from the talented Stepp & Gaul outfit. Steely on the nose with lime, ripe apple and hints of passion fruit. Dry and really intense with lots of extract and minerals, limey with spice, ripe apple and lovely slatey minerality on the finish. It's very young but is showing huge potential. It's already delicious but the best is sure to come.
