The Devils Corner range from Tamar Ridge are wines made to be drinkable on relrease and this lovely Pinot is exactly that. Bright cherry with hints of raspberry on the nose with spice and some forest floor notes. Bright and juicy on the palate, it's a light to medium bodied style that is great with a light chill. Raspberry and black cherry with soft tannins and just a hint of oak, round and really approachable-it's a lovely mouthful and great with new season lamb, but also pasta dishes and even fish.
