This Rosé has been very poipular in the past and although we have not sold for a while the new 2011 is delicious. Fairly pale salmon pink colour. A blend of 40% Cinsault, 25% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 15% Carignan. Attractive berry fruits with a hint of white pepper and spice on the nose. It's dry and fresh with lovely strawberry and cherry fruit, some gentle spice and citrus acidity, really very good and a drink with or without food style.
