Not quite a shop ever present but has been a good 'go to' Malbec over the last decade or so.
Made exclusively from Malbec and aged in French oak for 10 months.
Despite an impressive frothy purple colour it's quite muted on the nose with just a hint of black cherry and barely any obvious oak. The palate is similar with a hint of liquorice too.
All just tastes/smells a little shut down at the moment
