A lovely fresh, food friendly rosé from Castano. Bright salmon pink colour. Lifted strawberry, cherry and a hint of dried herb on the nose. Dry and bursting with berry and cherry fruits, a touch of spice and an almost creamy roundness to it, good acidity too. It's an appealing drink on it's own but has enough fruit and body to make it a versatile food wine.
