A brand new premium Cava from Codorniu. It's a Brut Reserva 2008 vintage made solely from Pinot Noir. Attractive lemon and raspberry notes on the nose. It's really attractive, stone fruits and citrus and raspberry notes on the palate. Fresh with a fine mousse and really tangy attractive fruit. Not sure i would pick this as a Cava blind, it's not hugely complex but it's a really delicious sparkling wine.
