Lallier Grand Cru Grand Reserve Brut
A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from a mixture of their own and fruit and fruit bought in from other Gran Cru vineyard sites in Ay.
Aged on its Lees for between 2 and 3 years resulting in a tasty and pretty good value Champagne.
An attractive toasty, yeasty nose .The palate is really quite 'winey' with the Pinot flavours dominant. It's also really very long in the finish with more yeasty flavours coming back into the mix. Quite complex flavours and a reasonably rich/luxury feel to it but tempered by a good amount of acidity too.
