A really interesting wine made with biodynamically farmed grapes. The point of the wine is to highlight the pure natural flavours, clarity and brightness whilst totally respecting it's environment. Bright cherry and plum on the nose, touch of green pepper too. It's bright and sweet on the palate with ripe cherry, plum and strawberry, hints of spice too. It is bright and soft and really very attractive almost a gentle style of Shiraz. 13% alcohol. Not for long keeping this is an attractive Shiraz for the next 2-3 years.
