A big brooding style of Coonawarra Cab from Yalumba. This really is dark in the glass with a concentrated black olive and meaty nose with just hints of black fruit. Thankfully this has surely softened a bit on the palate with the passing of time but is laden with bramble fruit , eucalypt a typical hint of mint and oak. Good but leave alone a bit longer
