Really vibrant perfumed nose. Zesty with lime and passion fruit. It's lively and almost spritzy with tangy lifted fruit. Dry and crisp, it's really appealing. Clean and very fresh with good acidity. A great aperitif style, but also with seafood and lightly spiced foods. A great example and as ever with Spy Valley sure to be reasonably priced. Bursting with life!!
