This is a delicious new white from the excellent Tim Adams winery. It's deliberately made in off-dry manner. Fermentation is stopped earlier than normal to leave a little sweetness that is balanced by fresh acidity. Lovely stone fruit on the nose- nectarine and ripe pear. It's a medium-medium dry style. Lovely honeyed fruit, again pear and nectarine with limey citrus. Really crisp and fresh that gives the wine a drier feel. Tangy and fresh and really drinkable. Would be fabulous with asian cuisine, and anything spicy. Also a delicious aperitif.
