This is made by Colin Forbes the ex Craneford winery winemaker. Apparently Colin was involved in a very serious car accident and has only just returned to winemaking after a long hiatus and recovery period. It's textbook Eden Valley Riesling. Fresh lime fruit on the nose, crisp and tabgy on the palate with good acidity and even a touch of minerality. Dry and zingy. Really good wine. Only problem is there are so many good Eden Valley Rieslings around at present. It's really good but not a standout.. a very good wine though.
