From the Paul Boutinot stable. This is a well priced Pouilly Fuisse. Some stone fruits and honey on a subtle nose. It's well balanced on the palate with nectarine fruit and soft oak. It's much better in acidity than the Gold medal winning 2003. It has a nice nutty finish with some citrus and a gentle creaminess. In all it's very enjoyable and good value. Drink over the next 2-3 years.
