Cotes de Duras 75cl
This is a wine that comes from a property owned by old customers of ours. A hand harvestec rose made from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Cold fermented in stainless steel. Quite a deep colour for a rose. Nice boiled sweet fruits on the nose quite crunchy raspberry fruits. It's dry with vibrant juicy red berry fruit and soft tannins. It's medium bodied and vibrant and very easy drinking. Not hugely complex but a delicious Summer glugger. Try with charcuterie, salads and grilled fish.
