I am assuming this is from an area just outside Toro in Spain. Another of Jorge Ordonez's properties (the famed US importer). This is the first of his wines that has not overlly impressed however it is very young. It has a tight nose with dense berry fruit i find a touch of brett, but it could be a slightly metallic character. It's juicy and vibrant but tastes somewhat unfinished- maybe it is down to lack of time on the vine because of the heat of 204. I find it slightly hot and lacking any definition. The tannins are quite firm and the finish is slightly drying. The price is not applicable either...
