Another impressive offering from Wolf Blass. This is a gold medal winning offering. Aged in new French and American oak for 18 months. Displaying warm cassis, black cherry and plum on the nose. It has a rich warm inviting palate with lovely sweet fruit, cassis plum and a touch of christma cake. It has spice and vanillan oak too. Big rich and opulent with just a touch of mint. It has good acid and ripe tannins. It's a big juicy, rich style that is sure to develop over the next 5 years. Impressive.
