Jansz really are making some excellent sparkling wines. This stunner spent 4 years on lees before being disgorged. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Attractive creamy, lemony bouquet with hints of stone fruit and a touch of brioche. Has a fine mousse and a really attractive creaminess on the palate, fresh and zesty with good acidity. Moreish and very fine.
