Now this is more like it Bollinger!! Lovely salmon pink colour. Perfumed nose with strawberry and cherry fruit. Fine mousee, quitye vinuous with classic 1996 acidity. It's elegant and very fresh and clearly has years ahead of it. Could be superb. It's already delicious. 91-95 pts
