Not your everyday style. Now full into it's first stage of development. 13% and pretty dry. Some colour development-getting more golden. Honeyed peach, lime, and pepper on the nose. Touch of grapefruit too. Dry and spicy with lovely honeyed fruit. Clean and expressive, it has a lovely richness yet is spicy honeyed and dry. Good depth, and sure to become more interesting though the fairly rapid development would suggest 5 years max.
