This wine known ad Soler won the Syrah trophy at the Air New Zealand Wine Show. It is very good. Deep colour. Smoky bacon, ripe plum and black cherry fruit, chocolatey oak too on an expansive nose. Full and voluptuous on the palate. Lots of soft berry fruits, quite savoury with creamy mocha-like oak. Wears it's 14.5% alcohol very easily. Another impressive Syrah from New Zealand. Bottled with a screw-cap and a good but at £9.99
