A short note as this was drunk last night. Great colour and rich sweet cassis on the nose. Still full flavoured, the tannins have softened and this is a rich sweet soft red of real class. Huge ripe cassis and plum fruit with sweet oak. It's really beautifully balanced and long and is at it's peak if like me you like the opulent fruit and oak with soft tannins. Will undoubtedly drink over the rest of the decade. Reallly top quality!
