Domaine De L'Arlot make some very attractive Burgundies that usually show well in there youth. This shows nice plum and cherry varietal fruit on the nose with a touch of oak. It's quite sweet and forward, with gentle sweet Pinot fruit-raspberry and cherry with new oak evident.. Sadly it is currently a touch dilute on the mid palate. Depite it's attractive forward fruit and oak it lacks mid palate stuffing. This may well come but today it finishes a touch weakly. Look again in a few years.
