Bleasdale
Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2001
Not Specified
Australia, Langhorne Creek 75cl
Another Gold Medal winner in this years International Wine Challenge. It has also just arrived into the Uk. So it should only get better as it settles down. 68% Shiraz, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon. Perfumed spicy nose with ripe red fruits and creamy oak. Medium bodied. Slight hint of mint. Really juicy and vibrant with red fruits to the fore. It has a lovely balance with vibrant fruit and oak in balance. At present a touch acidic, but everything is their. It will no doubt settle down into a delicious wine and will prove great value at £7.99
