The Cos winery is making some wonderful wines, really pure and they are biodynamic, the wines aged in clay amphora's. We showed the 2010 on tasting earlier this year and it immediately sold out. The new 2011 is even better, and makes a great summer red.
Really perfumed on the nose, quite floral with cherry and plum. Lovely bright berry and cherry on the palate, juicy with vibrant fruit, some dried herb and crunchy soft tannins. It's really hugely appealing and would be great with so many foods.
